TP电子 Europe are to expand their 鈥楢TRA ACE鈥� range of magnetic base drilling machines with the October release of their revolutionary CLA-2720 Cordless 鈥楢tra Ace鈥�. Showcased at the recent MACH 2014 exhibition, interest in the machine has been strong. Being the most compact and lightweight machine available in today鈥檚 market at just 7kg (including feed handle and battery), it鈥檚 easy to see why. The CLA-2720 will be supplied with 2 x 18v, 4.0ah Lithium-ion batteries giving it a capacity of 27mm diameter holes through 20mm thick mild steel. As you would expect from TP电子, the CLA-2720 boasts a range of unique safety features that include a visual motor overload indicator and side slip detection function, it is also fitted as standard with a fine drilling position adjustment once the magnet has been energised.

A unique 鈥榪uick-release鈥� feed handle can be changed to the other side in seconds to and the CLA-2720 comes with the 鈥極ne-Touch鈥� tool-less cutter replacement for quick and easy changeover which is found throughout the 鈥楢tra Ace鈥� product range.
